Below are current and ongoing fundraising opportunities for your individual student account.

  • eSCRIP (general fundraiser):
    Register your club cards, debit cards and/or credit cards with eSCRIP and earn money when you shop at participating merchants.  This program can be especially lucrative for online shoppers or for those who like to book their travel online.

 

  • McKenzie Classic program ad sales:
    Information on the ehsboposters.org website will be updated for the 2015-2016 year by June 18th. You can find the ad sales form under Resources > Forms & Documents > General Documents.

 

  • Volunteer at an Uberthon’s event:
    This is an excellent opportunity for students, friends and family to support the EHS Music Programs. Each event requires a 3-6 hour commitment. We carpool from the high school to the event and back depending on how cars get filled. Event sign-ups will be posted on charms as final schedule is posted by Uberthons. Check back often to sign up!
  • Note: Each person who signs up must be 14 and older.

 

  • “Run to the Beat”:
    Evergreen’s annual “Run to the Beat” fun run is to be held April 23rd, 2016. Registration on Uberthon’s website should be open by July 4th, 2015. Watch ehsboosters.org for more details.

 

  • Winter percussion program ad sales:
    Information on the ehsboposters.org website will be updated for the 2015-2016 year soon. You can find the ad sales form under Resources > Forms & Documents > General Documents. Students earn points in their personal account for every ad sold. Due date for ads will be set when NWAPA confirms the date for our winter percussion show.

 

  • Sponsorships:
    Send a letter and sponsorship form to businesses you frequent such as your insurance agent, doctor, dentist, orthodontist, etc.  Their sponsorship is tax deductible to their business so its a win-win all around.  The 2013 Sponsorship Letter can be downloaded here.

 

  • Clothing Drive (general fundraiser):
    Bring the following items to the parent meeting for collection: Clothes, Linens, Shoes, Purses and Accessories. Please make sure they are in good repair and clean.
